FAQs

I need a website. How much does it cost?

The cost of your website varies, depending on many different factors. Such as, the page package, scope, functionality, time spent working, additional changes and other compulsory costs. These factors are then totalled after the final consultancy meeting, before the invoice is prepared and the quote is emailed to you in three (3) business days.

Can I meet to discuss the plans for my site before deciding if I actually want it?

Yes. Before you even make the decision to build your site, you may choose to request a consultancy meeting to discuss what your plans are for your website, where we will then determine the scope and feasibility of development. All consultancy meetings start at a fixed US$74.00 for the first sixty (60) minutes, after which an additional USD$37.00 will be charged for every hour (60) minutes thereafter.

How soon does the development process start?

Our developers commence the development process in three (3) business days after all parties have signed the Terms and Agreement contract.

What if I need more time to make the deposits?

We try our best to facilitate clients who require extra time to make their deposits. Consideration will be taken for clients who have significantly special cases.

I don't live in Antigua. Can I still request a website?

Yes you can! We have several structures in place to facilitate overseas consultancy meetings, as well as secure and efficient transaction processing systems that allow you to make your deposits. We also provide regular updates of your choice (weekly, bi-weekly, etc.).

What if I have to scrap the entire project halfway through development?

Based on the Terms and Agreements contract you would have signed before development, should you for any reason choose to discontinue the project before the estimated time of completion, your contract will automatically be terminated and the initial 50% deposit made will not be refunded. All outstanding payments will become null and void.

How can I keep track of my website progress?

Our developers ensure that our clients are kept updated throughout each step of the development process. Any questions or preview requests can be made at weekly or bi-weekly intervals as we aim to keep our clients well up to speed during the development process.

How soon do I make the 1st and 2nd deposits?

Clients have eight (8) business days after development has commenced to make the initial 50% deposit, after which all forms of development will be paused until the payment is made.  After the website is completed, clients will be allowed up to fifteen (15) business days to review and make the final 50% deposit, after which the website will be temporarily shutdown until the payment is made.
